Access Innovations Concepts Ltd was founded by Mr. John Imokha with a singular vision: to build a Nigerian engineering company that could genuinely compete on quality, creativity, and reliability — one that clients in the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors could trust to deliver world-class results without looking abroad.

Starting from our fabrication workshop on Century Road, Off Ago Palace Way, Okota Isolo, Lagos, we invested early in skilled engineers, modern welding equipment, and a culture of precision. Every project that left the workshop carried the full weight of the company’s reputation — a standard we have never compromised.

What began as a locally-known fabrication business grew, project by project, referral by referral, into a nationally recognised engineering firm trusted by hotels, real estate developers, government officials, and business owners across six states and counting.

About the Founder

The Man Behind the Company

Mr. John Imokha is the founder and Managing Director of Access Innovations Concepts Ltd. A passionate engineering entrepreneur, he built the company from the ground up with a commitment to excellence, accountability, and delivering real value to every client.

With deep expertise in fabrication, structural engineering, and project management, Mr. Imokha personally oversees major projects to ensure that every installation meets the company’s uncompromising quality standards. His active involvement on-site sets the tone for the entire team.

His leadership has driven the company’s expansion from Lagos across six Nigerian states, building a track record that includes over 17 named hotel and hospitality clients, residential estates, and government projects — a testament to the trust he has earned in Nigeria’s engineering sector.
