Access Innovations Concepts Ltd is a fully CAC-registered Nigerian engineering firm (RC 1710920) delivering innovative, high-quality solutions in retractable roofing, gate automation, access control, architectural metalworks, solar energy, and related engineering services.

Founded and based in Okota Isolo, Lagos, we operate our own in-house fabrication workshop — giving us full control over quality, cost, and delivery timelines. We do not outsource our core fabrication work.

From the initial consultation through to installation and ongoing maintenance, we manage every phase of your project with a single, accountable team of engineers, fabricators, and project managers.

Mr. John Imokha founded Access Innovations Concepts Ltd with a clear and ambitious purpose — to transform the engineering and fabrication landscape in Nigeria by delivering world-class solutions that combine technical precision, creative design, and lasting quality.

Under his leadership, the company has grown from a local fabrication workshop in Lagos into a nationally recognised engineering firm, completing over 200 projects across Lagos, Enugu, Kano, Port Harcourt, Abuja, and Abakaliki — trusted by some of Nigeria’s leading hotels, estates, and commercial developments.

His hands-on approach to project management and personal commitment to quality assurance remain the driving force behind Access Innovations’ reputation for delivering on time, on budget, and to specification.
